- A written review of what your analytics and Search Console actually show
- What visitors struggle with, drawn from real session behavior
- A short, ranked list of what would be worth building next, with rough costs
The honest boundaries
Two hours is two hours. It does not roll over, and larger work gets quoted and approved before it starts rather than quietly absorbed. That rule exists to protect both sides: it keeps your bill predictable and keeps the plan from turning into an open ended obligation that eventually gets resented.
Most months use less than the full allowance. That is fine. You are also paying for the fact that somebody is watching.
The cheapest month of stewardship is the one where nothing happened, because something was prevented.
Ownership stays with you
Your hosting, your database, your analytics, your domain, all in your name with Stratum & Oak added as an administrator. If you ever end the arrangement, nothing is held hostage. Access is removed and everything keeps running. That is deliberate, and it is why clients stay.
Included with every system
The first three months come with every Systems engagement at no additional cost. After that it continues month to month, and you can stop at any time.
